Price ranges between US$350 - US$600 per night for rental depending on the time of year (including on-the-ground property management services).  In addition a weekly cleaning service and linen change (US$250) is applicable.

The high season is the winter ski season which stretches over 5 months from late November to early May.  Within this period, Christmas, New Years and Chinese New Year are the peak times. 

Priority will be given to bookings of 7 days or more.
