or one double, a large wardrobe

Guest room: on the first floor, can be made up with two single beds or one double, built in storage space

Bunk room: on the first floor, with two bunk beds plus room for a mattress on the floor, sleeping up to five children (nb: upper bunk beds not suitable for adults or older teenagers), built in storage space

Loft room: on the first floor, with a futon pull-out lounge (king single), can comfortably sleep one adult or two kids, no storage (nb: this room has a low sloping roof, not suitable for taller adults).

The living area, kitchen, bathroom and W.C. are on the ground floor.
